Introtex 107
Needled singed polyester 1000 gr/m²
Thermostabilised
Thickness 2.8 +/- 0.3 mm
Sewn endless or clippered with stainless steel clippers.
Can be perforated.

Introtex 110
Needled singed polyester 1000 gr/m²
Thickness 3.6 +/- 0.4 mm
Sewn endless or clippered with stainless Alligator hooks.
Can be perforated.

Dolnex 151 belts
Needled composite of 1500 gr/m² with poly-aramid fibres on working site.
This product is highly thermostabilised in temperature and time so that the residuel shrinkage at 200°C is under 2%.

Resistex
Drying endless felt of needled composite felt thermostabilised circulary and without tension. These endless felts are used on old Danube - Dubix... models and can be delivered open or with hooks.

Eurofelt press
This felt of 3500 gr/m² of 14-15 mm thickness is cut in band of 50mm wide in order to be fit in spiral and stuck on to press rolls.



Dolnex press
Composite felt of 5-6 mm thickness (also used for drying belts). This felt is cut into bands of 100mm to be fit in spiral and stuck on some press rolls.

Couple Dollpress/Duotex 50
Needled felts : Dollpress is in Polyester and used in several turns in order to obtain the thickness necessary. The Duotex is in poly-aramid and used in 2 turns as a heat shield.

Donex 40 SFTT made up
Needling of 400 gr/m2 ploy-aramid fibres containing 5% of stainless fibres to eliminate the electrostatic charges in order to make work on the machines and presses easier. We also make up the coverings.

AXT 320 made up cloth
Woven cloth of 320 g/m2 in poly-aramid containing carbon fibres to eliminate the charges. This made up cloth is used for presses and pressroll ironers (MIELE and GMP, WASCO)
